1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Casa Verde website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations made through our website or by phone are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances. A confirmation will be sent via email or phone.

For group bookings (10+ guests), a deposit may be required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Online Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and location. Casa Verde is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Payment

We accept payment via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Visa. All transactions are processed securely. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of orders may be possible within 5 minutes of placement. After preparation has begun, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

6. Conduct on Premises

Casa Verde reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or dangerous manner. Management decisions regarding conduct are final.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we make every effort to provide allergen information, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform staff before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding on this website are the property of Casa Verde. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

Casa Verde reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
